Story

Our brewers are always looking for inspiration. It comes in many ways and leads to many great brewing innovations, like ur award winning Red Rock Rêve, barrel aged Belgian-style triple; the unique, dandelion-based Paardebloem created in conjunction with New Belgium Brewing Company; and Secale, a Bavarian-style doppelbock lager created with High West Distillery and aged in their rye whiskey barrels for six months.
From our wide variety of beers to our hand-crafted sodas, Red Rock's brewers brew it right.

I've heard of Red Rock for a long time, just never made it to eat there. The food was good, although I would suggest skipping the flat iron steak and just go for the NY strip. For $4 more dollars you get a much bigger cut of meat. 

The wait was approx. 30 mins on a Saturday evening, so take that into consideration. The amount of Red Rock beers on tap was awesome! And, the prices were competitive. The wait staff was nice and attentive even though they were super busy. 

All in all, it was worth the trip and the wait. Enjoy!

Red Rock is a great brewery! They have fantastic food and beer! It is slightly expensive but no more than any restaurant in the area.

My personally favorite is the French Onion Steak Sandwich - I get it nearly every time! All of the food is great though and throughout the years I have had nearly all of it.

We stumbled upon this great lunch spot as it was so close to our hotel, the Hilton downtown. It's a full brewery, but the food was very impressive.

I tried the chili glazed shrimp salad half order, with a cup of the soup of the day which was Creole chicken. The soup was tasty, not too spicy. The shrimp salad was very flavorful and well presented. The arugula gave it a nice bite.

I also had a cup of coffee, humorously it was the brand Jack Mormon.

Others at the table enjoyed individual pizzas, chicken pot pie, tuna sandwiches, and a lot more.

Our server Billy was great! The ambience was fun, upbeat and I am sure a lively place in the evenings.

The service was phenomenal. Our drink orders were taken immediately and I think it took about 10 minutes to cook our food. Everyone was extremely friendly and welcoming. We hung around for a bit drinking our beer and were never rushed to get out. The food and beer were both great!

One of my absolute favorites! Lots of energy in this place, from very young to the slightly older patrons, everyone brings part of  the ambiance to this wonderful restaurant/brewpub establishment. The Halibut Fish & Chips is simply to die-for.  They will undoubtedly have a beverage to please you; mine is the draft-root beer, I had no idea such a delightful beverage existed before finding this place. I dine there at least once or twice a week, and have done so for over five years. wonderful prompt service. It's a must try when in this wonderful city!
