Amazing service and excellent craftmanship!!! took in my father's wedding ring that had been handed down to me and it was way too small.... aged with an intricate design.  not only did they add the gold to make it now fit but matched the aged intricate design flawlessly!!! So impressed and Gwynne Cotton took AMAZING care of both me and my wife!!! we will do all of our future business there and will recommend them to all!!! I have bought a few pieces of jewelry from them and have had wedding rings polished a few times and always found the staff helpful and friendly. When my wife's engagement ring slipped into a running garbage disposal and was destroyed, they gave us amazing service and a beautifully reconstructed ring for a very fair price. I will be going back for any future jewelry related needs. Highly recommended.

The employees are wonderful to work with and very knowledgeable. There is a wide variety of jewelry here and they are very quick and skilled! I was blown away by the difference compared to my ‘old’ jeweler in Fort Wayne. Highly recommend!!! Kayla is a joy to work with.

This place has been nothing but great to my fiancé and I. They helped him find a ring that is unique to our style, plated it for me at no cost, and fixed it in under 24 hours when my hand got slammed in a door (ouch!) and my ring was basically bent in half! You can truely tell this place is family oriented and I could not appreciate their customer service more!! Thank you bowers!! You have been incredible to work with.
