I love the place! The people are friendly and professional, they let you feel welcome and know they are there to help you, from getting a change of a watch battery to a friendship bracelet on up to elegant jewelry!

We stopped in to have the prongs checked on my engagement ring. Upon inspection we discovered that my cherished stone was loose. Peter Franklin Jewelers accommodated my request to do the repair in the store location while I waited. 
Stellar service and skilled jewelers.
 We highly recommend! ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

days after dropping an antique watch off for repair and I still don't even have a quoted price.  Over the weeks of waiting I've called in 4 times, each time being told someone would call me back that day.  Have never gotten a call back.  If you're looking for responsive customer service, this isn't the place.

Had a piece engraved here. Not what I agreed to and the guy behind the counter told me just to take it and leave. Will never go back.
