We are proud to be celebrating 50 years of service to our customers in Western Massachusetts. Boyden & Perron are one of the area's leading outdoor power equipment dealers offering quality lawn and garden equipment sales, parts and service to homeowners and commercial customers throughout Western Massachusetts. Had an inspection and oil change. I asked for the base-line oil because in the past I've been duped into spending more money than necessary. My oil change came out to be $56. The man attending did not go over what they did or why they charged what they did. On the list of "services" that they provided without asking me or checking with me was to "top off" my tire pressure. Apparently they did this inside the garage in the middle of winter, because when I got out on the road my TPMS went off within hours and I had to go get air. The tire pressure was so off balance that I had to go get air again the next day. This is atypical for my car. Usually I have to adjust tire pressure just a few times a year when temperatures change. They also changed my air filter without asking me or telling me, and I always do that myself. I was extremely dissatisfied. I thought the staff have very poor communication skills and I walked away with the sense of having been cheated.

Just started going there this year for different things and what a nice bunch of people. Friendly and sales people knew their product and answered to a bunch of other stupid questions about mowers I had. Went back a few days ago and bought a new mower. Good job Perron employees.
