I am very happy with the car service I received at Fort Hill Auto! Time and price estimations were accurate. Staff were all very polite, John answered all of my questions and was beyond helpful, and it was a pleasant experience overall. Thanks!

Absolutely terrible! They kept my car for almost 3 weeks (much longer than they said they would) and ended up charging over $1000 more than their estimate. They then released my car to me without aligning it first, which after a long battle they finally admitted was unsafe and their oversight (I had specifically asked them to realign it when I dropped the car off.) They told me that they "usually test drive cars before giving them back" but "must have missed" mine. I had to have my stepfather call them because they wouldn't listen to me when I said the car needed to be aligned (I'm assuming because I'm a young woman.) They even sassed me when I asked the to align it and told me to come back tomorrow (when they'd already had my car almost an entire month!) After finally realizing they were in the wrong, they said they could do it free of charge that day, which left me to walk to Amherst center in the rain while I waited for them to finish. 
They also dinged the door slightly and when I pointed it out it took about 5 minutes of arguing for them to buff it off (which took less than 30 seconds.) They were combative, not responsive or respectful to me as a young female customer, and all around disrespectful of my time and money.
A few weeks after getting my car back, the headlights completely stopped working, likely due to a rewiring issue when they reinstalled them. I will now have to either go back to them to fix the headlights (only if they'll back up their satisfaction guarantee and do it for free) or find somewhere else to fix them. I did not expect to pay so much money for a car that drove sideways out of the shop and stopped working again a few weeks later. For context, I drive a 2005 Subaru that was in almost perfect condition before the accident that landed it in this shop. 
All in all, they did an awful job on my car, were slow, expensive, deceptive and dishonest about time and money, and completely rude and disrespectful to me. I will never go here again, and would strongly advise you to go anywhere else.
