Only one thing to say, in the words of Tony thr Tiger, "They're GrEEAAAT!" Manager Tarren and employee Wasim, pick-up and drop off respectively, were amazing and made our rental process fast, smooth and utterly painless. The car was an Altima, and we liked it so much we went out and bought one! From Lia of Northampton, equally awesome!! Drop off was just as smooth, dont forget to ask for your senior citizen discount, which was applied and every cent counts when your in between and buying another car. Thanks Enterprise, fantatic work!!

The best customer service that I've received in a long time. The staff was super friendly and very efficient! I was in and out in less than 5 minutes. Highly recommend!!!

Pleasant/courteous employees, reasonable pick ups, and post drop-offs available if you ask. Nice vehicle (including trucks) options, all clean and comfortable, and affordable. Often weekend special rates are available, which I have often used. If you're looking for a special vehicle type, they may be willing to help coordinate with you, service at another nearby Enterprise facility. Sometimes prices seem a little too high, than my historical rental purchases. Overall, I'm pleased.

Garrett was so great. Enterprise in Amherst and Greenfield get 5 stars from me! Helpful, accommodating and professional.
