I’m happy that many have had a good experience with this company. It’s been around for a long time. But I guess who you are dealing with there is important also. My experience has unfortunately been less than pleasant. My delivery date kept getting extended, a month later my appliance finally arrived. No one at Boyle’s seemed to know why nor would call me back when promised. Three times I called and couldn’t find out what was going on but they promised to call me back and didn’t. Today I went in to leave some additional money for the installer. I asked for a manager rather than leaving the money with the clerks and the manager was definitely on the defense when she was called to the counter, I suppose thinking that I had a complaint. I began to explain about the extra money and she even got a bit “snooty” (it’s the only word that comes to mind) when I tried to explain to her. I just told her that I would bring the money back another time and left. I try to buy locally because usually the service is better even if the cost is a bit higher than big box stores, but after this encounter I sadly won’t be shopping at Boyle’s any longer.

Good people and good prices! They are very honest which is hard to find these days! I would highly recommend them.

We received excellent service at a fair price.  Our salesperson was very attentive and I felt like she really listened to what we needed and wanted.  I didn't feel like she was trying to push a specific product on me or pressure me to upgrade.  They were also very flexible and willing to work around my schedule for delivery.

We always buy our appliances here. They are knowledgeable about their products. They stand behind them and are friendly to work with. I would definitely recommend Boyle's to anyone looking for appliances or mattresses. They also have free delivery.

Sadly not a positive experience at all. The lady didn't order my stove and dishwasher until about a week late, there was no answer when I called to see what time delivery would be so I could be sure someone would let them in and they tried charging extra for the cord to plug in the stove. Not cool at all. Will not refer my friends and family.
