******Update****** So I decided to give a update on my review. When i did this I was really up set and left a 1 sta nasty review. I fault my only option was buy a new bed again after 1 year. So I deleted my old review for a good reason. Dustin reached out to me this week and told me he was able to help me out. He told me they would replace my mattress. Long story short just after a year after i bought my mattress the top layer foam is coming up making the bed very lumpy. Went in to get it warranty and the inspectors told me it would be warrantied but is fact is the manufacture would not warranty it. Issue number 2 was a communication with my sons bed i got last week. Dustin was able to clear that up as well. So back to my main issue Dustin told me he got the approval from corporate to replace my mattress. Also Dustin took it 1 step further and told me I could get into a different mattress if i wanted. I really felt I was taken care of and he webt above and beyond. On top of that Dustin upgraded my mattress that was little bit more then mine for free. My new mattress will be here Saturday and I cant wait. If you are looking to get any size mattress come here and let Dustin help you.

Dustin has great customer service! He helped us find exactly what we needed without being overbearing or pushy. We went and checked out 3 other stores in the area and ended up coming back to buy because it was the best mattress for the value and because we felt so comfortable working with Dustin.

Dustin was great. He answered all my questions without making me feel pressured. They are very flexible and quick with the delivery! I would recommend them to anyone needing a new matress.

I loved going to R&S Mattress! My wife found it in a mailer and we went because of the very low prices. We have been wanting to get a new mattress for some time but haven't because of the prices we have found. When we went to the one in Murray and the customer service was amazing! Gary was so happy to help us and gave us some great advice. There was no pressure and we are very happy with our selection. We also are storing at their location until we move into our new place at no extra charge! We love this place and have already recommended the store to family and friends!
