I've spent over $10000 for my business at Staples, and alot of that was at this Staples. However, that will no longer happen after today. The lady manager is rude and IS NOT CONSISTENT with other managers. 

You guys need to learn to COMMUNICATE with each other. I buy this item in bulk EVERY time I go to this staples and the other manager is here. Instead of saying I can only buy 2 of my product, ASK the other manager. 

You're going to lose ALOT of good customers if you keep saying multiple things. Is this how you treat customers who spent thousands of dollars at your store? Anyways, I won't be coming here anymore. I don't suggest anyone does either if you have a business.

Wouldn't even be take the time to visit a website when a computer is right in front of her face to print a resume. Terrible service. Overpriced stuff also.

Prints took 3 days when they should have only taken 1. Had to wait to be "helped", and when my prints were shown to me they were terrible quality and terribly dark.. MUCH darker then what my picture I sent to them was, which leaves the customer sending pictures guessing of they're going to be light enough or not. Because they took so long, I don't have enough time to have them redo it, forcing me to buy it how it is, and a girlfriend disappointed in the prints.
