We have bought two mattresses from them over the past several years, and are going in today to buy another.  They have great prices, quick, helpful staff, and we are in and out with no pressure to buy, or to spend more, or anything.  All of the mattresses have held up, no problems.

Went in about 2:30 found the mattress I wanted, paid,  was told it would be delivered.  I was told i would get a call and it to be delivered at about 6:30, and i would have 30 minute warning.  At 7:45, the salesman shows up.  No phone call nothing.  I sat waiting for them and had to cancel plans i had made 2 weeks ago.

Horrible customer service.  I walked into the store and the first thing I see is the manager or owner reprimanding the staff.  When a staff member attempted to come over to me, the manger/owner stated that he did not care that I was there and that the staff member needed to get back over here.  I purposely remained for about 10 mins to see if someone would come over.  But the manager kept on reprimanding the staff while I waited.  At the 10 min mark I walked out because clearly my money was not good enough for this store.

Dishonest and incompetent. They forgot to place my order and made up 2 different excuses rather than admitting their mistake. Furniture was damaged by delivery guy during set-up. The replacement I requested was also not ordered. 2 months later I finally have my order but received no phone call from the store to set-up delivery. Instead, I got a call from the delivery truck driver minutes before they showed up at my house. Take your money elsewhere.
