Brad Pollack is an excellent Lawyer and I highly recommend  his services. I don't fully agree with some of the other reviews, as I found he is a driven professional and is honest. I would recommend that you have your specific needs and information ready before contacting him. His goal is to get things done and not hold your hand while doing so.

I Googled for help to find an attorney for Probating a will and called Mr Pollack. He answered the phone and was very professional. We talked for about 15 or 20 minutes and he answered all my initial questions and gave me some great legal advice. It released a lot of stress and gave me a starting point. At the end of our conversation I asked how much I owed him for his time. He offered his services if I needed help with legal matters moving forward but he was not asking for any money for helping me with advice that day. Brad was polite, straight forward and took time to speak with me  on the spot. I want to thank Mr. Pollack for sincerely trying to help me in my time of loss of a family member and and trying to begin the process of probating a will. Well deserved 5 stars review and a big thank you being generous with your time.

I will have to say he went above and beyond to help us. Very straight forward. Not a people person but he is a excellent lawyer. I wouldn't wanna face him. He shoots you straight with no bull. He is very clear and upfront about all your options and will follow through. I would recommend him to anyone that needs legal help.

This is my first review online but I want to recommend Mr. Pollack as a straight talking attorney who tells you the deal, even if doing so does not line his pockets.  While I did not retain Mr. Pollack, my initial consultation was fair, honest and informative.  I hope your experience matches mine.
