I had a car accident on January 31, 2017, which prompted me to contact Allen & Allen to represent me when dealing with the other driver's insurance company. My injuries kept me from work for a month and required numerous visits to medical offices for treatment. Dealing with the staff at the Charlottesville branch of Allen & Allen was a positive experience, especially with my lawyer, David Irvine, who patiently guided me through the various stages of my case with excellent communication and the utmost professionalism. I learned a great deal about how the insurance industry works and even about my own car insurance policy and the monetary benefits it provides to me as the injured party. It took a year from my first visit to Allen & Allen to the final settlement, so patience is highly desirable as you proceed through all the stages of the legal system. Having a highly qualified team like Allen & Allen on your side makes all the difference!

These are the attorneys to use if you have been injured! The entire office is very professional, competent, and friendly. Every time I needed any information, a response was quickly forthcoming. Also, my monetary settlement was far greater than I thought it would be. Call them.

Working with David Irvine was an absolute pleasure. The entire experience from start to finish was done professionally and in an exceptionally timely manner. Irvine and his staff took care of everything from gathering documentation to negotiating the litigation. Every step of the way they kept me updated on how the case was progressing. The best part of the experience was not only how Irvine explained thoroughly how everything worked and what to expect, but he also did an incredible job of connecting and relating to me. He proved that more than anything he was concerned about me getting exactly what I needed. Things were never about the benefit he could get from my case. He takes time to get to know you both as a client and as a person. If you find yourself in a situation requiring legal representation do not hesitate to contact Irvine and his staff. A friend lost her daughter in an automobile accident and was looking for legal advice and direction. Mr. Jack Berry of the Charlottesville office was recommended to me so we met with Mr. Berry who spent quite a bit of time with us. What a great find! He was extremely sensitive to the situation, provided his thoughts and concerns as well as provided excellent advice on the pros and cons of different avenues that could be pursued. He also followed up with her to ensure he addressed all of her concerns and offered to help her any way he could. Most of all Mr. Berry gave comfort and reassurance to my friend which was most important at that difficult time.
