I called to request a paid consultation for a case with a teenager as the plaintiff. I was told that they don’t have time to help small cases or represent teens even though the website states that they handle civil cases. I had to explain to my daughter that for this law firm, her suit wasn’t important enough or big enough.

I enlisted the  help of Big Valley Law  earlier this year to help me through an unfamiliar legal process I unfortunately found myself going through.  I met with my future attorney Mr. David Martin and he immediately put my mind at ease due to his knowledge of the system and his reassurances that he could get my situation resolved.  Knowing that I am a young student/professional and short on money, Mr. Martin set me up with a payment plan to allow me time to pay his very affordable fees which paid off in the long run by avoiding other fines and punishments.  Thanks to him I found myself with all of my charges dropped, bottom line.

The entire staff at Big Valley Law was helpful, as well.  The receptionists and paralegals were very quick to respond and an assistant of Mr. Martin, Ted Mumaw, was extremely professional and aided in my case tremendously due to his expertise and networking.

I would both recommend and suggest that anyone who finds themself in a criminal situation call Big Valley Law.  They will help navigate you through the murky waters of a legal system which is designed to take advantage of unfortunate and uninformed people.  This firm will do all they can to ensure that legal protocol and civil rights were not abused during an arrest/citation and will work with you to either get your charges dropped completely or substantially reduced at the least.  Coupled with their very affordable prices and payment plans, Big Valley Law caters to their clients in many generous ways and I am very thankful and grateful for their help, especially my specific attorney Mr. Martin who was absolutely outstanding.  Call Big Valley Law like I did - it was completely worth it and you will be treated like you matter.

Mr. Hahn was so helpful in our case! He took our case on at the very last minute but still provided superb representation! He put in extra time and did so at a very reasonable rate for a defense attorney.  We will definitely keeping using Big Valley Law for our legal matters!

I can't speak highly enough of this law firm. The support they provided for me throughout two very difficult cases was second to none. Bethany was thorough, compassionate, and patient in all of my correspondence with her as she worked to help me seek positive solutions for my child. Mr. Hahn's support encompassed the same focus, care, and compassion to which I had grown accustomed while working with Bethany. I recommend this firm without any hesitation whatsoever. Their knowledge of the law is rivaled only by their careful consideration of each client's specific circumstance. I would trust no one else with my legal needs in the future.
