Awesome, friendly service by the guys here - the way auto care use to be - and very reasonable prices.  There is no gouging here, or upselling - just honest explanations and suggestions, no pressure.  Chris at the front desk is so helpful and friendly!  I make appointments online, show up and the guys are ready for me, and I'm out 20 minutes later for a simple oil change.  Highly recommend!!

As someone who's been driving for 20 years I have seen and taken my car to many shops. This one is by far the best!! Honest, great pricing, and absolutely hands down the greatest customer service I have ever experienced in a auto shop. I recommend this place to everyone I know and will continue to give my business to them! Oh and did I mention it's family owned! Thank you to all the employees at breaks plus of Longmont! You guys rock and keep up all the great work! See you soon!

Matt and his team do an amazing job. Great communication. I recently moved from Thornton was was use to being treated well there but Matt has far exceeded my expectations at the Longmont location! I would and do recommended Brakes Plus.

This was my first time taking my car to Breaks Plus. I had always taken my car to the Toyota dealership but had poor service on several occasions and it would take weeks to get in for an appointment.  Breaks Plus was able to get my car in quickly, had fantastic service and explained everything they did to my car. I didn't feel pressured and their rates are more than fair.  Best part: they can do everything the dealership can do but without the hassle or high markups. Definitely my new place for regular vehicle service.

Typical bait and switch pricing. Was quoted 99 per axle to do a brake job, "as long as we can machine turn the rotors" they said. My pads still have life on them, in fact my rear pads have over half their life left. But the fronts are getting a bit worn. They called and confirmed I needed to do the fronts, then continued to line up charge after charge, including another 50 bucks for turning the rotors, which was supposed to be included in the original 99 bucks per axle. Had me quoted somewhere around 350 bucks. FOR FRONT BRAKE PADS.  He tried telling me to replace the hardware, but that is a brake place scam. They always want you to replace the hardware, even when the car is only 4 years old. Avoid these guys if you want honesty.
