This store is under new management. I had the opportunity to work with Gabe and Sean. They were both very helpful, friendly and honest. My window was off track. They could have charged me to replace the motor or any other unnecessary repair, but they didn't. I appreciate their honesty. Thank you!

Awesome customer service. Owner, Patrick Sergott, is a super friendly, intelligent guy. He drove me home when my car had to stay at the shop, and then came and got me at home to pick up it up when it was ready. This place is great. I read some of the negative reviews. Clearly from crazies who think they know more about cars than the people who work with then for a living - disregard these. This place is awesome

Great fast service. Came in for an inspection and ended up getting the job done right away. Plus, they gave me a ride so I didn't have to wait around for the couple hours they needed.

I hate to be lied to by a business.  Especially, one that claims to be family run/operated.  I was told that this store would not perform a conventional oil change on my vehicle.  This store stated that they would only perform a synthetic oil change(which cost much more).  The supposed reason was that they could be held responsible for not following manufacturers recommendations.  Seriously?  They could simply write on the work order that the customer refused the recommendation.  There are numerous times when a customer might not be able to afford "their" recommendation and have to resort to whatever they can afford... to drive to work the next day.  I've been to several Midas in Colorado for many years.  I have never heard such BS before.  I called the Midas in Firestone and asked them.  "Will this be a problem to get a conventional oil change?"  He said, "absolutely not."  "We do what our customers want."  That is the type of courtesy and attitude, that I appreciate.  Spend your money elsewhere.  This Midas doesn't deserve it!

A nice waiting room and included tire rotation with the oil change. No complaints and a coupon on yelp to boot
