Prompt, Professional, Personal and Priced Right. Brandon was Prompt in getting back to me, for quotes on my Auto, Umbrella and Home Insurance needs. He was very Professional in asking the right questions to quote me correctly. Personally, I felt very comfortable and Brandon and his staff were very Courteous, in answering any questions. Lastly, I had shopped many companies, only to come back to the State Farm, Brandon and his staff for the best Priced Rates. Great experience from start to finish.

Ashley was amazing with not only finding a great way to keep my payments low, but following up with me before my first autopay was deducted to make sure I was aware of the amount and date of future payments. She has been positive and extremely helpful throughout the process, and made it an awesome experience. Never thought signing up for car insurance would be so easy. Thanks, Ashley! :D

Brandon and his staff are wonderful to work with.
We recently relocated to Colorado Springs from Texas and they have been more than helpful moving our current products (life policies).
Additionally, after receiving quotes we have decided to move all of our auto policies to State Farm and currently researching other long-term products offered through Brandon Kolk. 
Competitive pricing, five star customer service.

I have had my policy with State Farm/Brandon Kolk for a long while now any time I call the staff is always helpful.  If i ever have any concerns they are always resolved.  Brandon will go above and beyond to help find the right policy for you. I have referred friends and family in the past and will continue to do so. I give Brandon Kolk with State Farm 5 stars he and the staff are awesome!

My agent Jason Thornock was very persistent with helping me obtain a better insurance rate for my vehicle. Because he called me back even after telling him I didn't think he could help me. As a result of his persistence I am now paying $19 less per month with the same coverage. I very much appreciate his efforts and will continue to do business with  Brandon Kolk State Farm Ins.
