Bill and his guys have practically re-plumbed my entire house during my extensive renovation including a new boiler installation with boiler mate hot water heater. He's old school, meaning, you get what you pay for; a job done right. He's probably not the cheapest out there but when it comes to plumbing, do you want a "cut rate" job... I didn't think so. Be leary of the "bait and switch" tactics out there. I believe that doing the job right, the first time actually saves you money in the long run...and no headaches later.  No issues yet to report.  I recommend him to everyone who asks.
