My husband and I had a whole-house, standby generator installed this year. The electrician provided us with a list of local propane dealers. Buckley was right at the top of the list. I did call a few, but Buckley was, by far, the most knowledgable, helpful and caring. Adrian, the salesman, was so kind and patient, despite my many questions. He took the time to come out to our home in Hopkinton, to take measurements, and advise us where the tanks should placed, according to code. Mike, who delivered the tanks, installed them with utmost care. The ladies in the front office, are always pleasant and friendly, too. They offer many convenient ways to pay your bill. We are very glad that we chose Buckley.

Called Friday, set up Monday delivery. Never came. Called Tuesday afternoon and was hung up on. Called the next day and got 'not sure what happened'. No problem taking my $ though. Good luck folks!

Had a brilliant experience with Buckley Heating and Cooling during the recent storm. We have a propane generator and the Generator stopped suddenly around 1:00 am on Sat morning. My wife called the company's 24 hour hot line and less than 20 mins later a fellow, Craig came by and figured out what was wrong. The regulator needed replacing. I give a 10 out of 10 to him and Buckley. Craig was fantastic, and personified all that is good about American small business. THANK YOU Buckley you have a client for life!
