Good food. Food took almost an hour and wasn't very hot but it was still good. And they were very busy so that's probably why it took so long. The appetizer was cold. I'd still return though!

We have had red robins twice in the last week or 2 for the burger deal for 6.99 which includes fries and we have not been disappointed! If you are going to get a burger, go to red Robin's! YUM! We got the Cowboy Ranch Tavern Double!

The burgers are like any other Red Robin sooooo they're delicious. Great shakes too, my favorite is the Oreo one. Fries are just OK though, I'm more of an onion ring kind of guy. Also, they do this iPad credit card payment thing and ours didn't work which gave me a panic like my card was declined or something. The waiter was super cool about it and it was just the tablet after all. Super awkward for everyone at the table for a minute though - you can imagine.

Very disorganized when it comes to seating. Waited over 40 min with only a party of 7. Manager was very sarcastic & acted annoyed when I questioned the wait. Food was moderate to poor. Burger was good, fries were cold and looked like they had been around a while. Definitely not the same quality food or customer service as other Red Robin’s I have visited in the past. The only pleasant part of our dining experience was our server. At least they got one thing right.

Red Robin was not at it's best this evening. Long wait to be seated. Appetizer came pretty quick after being seated. It took quite some time to put in our order. And food was Luke warm when it arrived to our table and fries were really cold. Second batch arrived hot and tasty. Crazy busy night there.
