Great food fast and fresh. Ours is homemade fare created from scratch, based on family recipes, and made with natural ingredients. Soups, salads, sandwiches, and our famous Breadwinner sweet bread, plus mouthwatering daily chef-created specials.

The soups, sandwiches and sides are delicious. We got the peach cake and it’s really good, but not recommended for people with sugar problems. Great customer service and the price is reasonable. A place to visit again.

Fresh and homemade, soups, salads and sandwiches. Always tasty with a good variety. Quick and friendly service. Done in or carry out. Fresh breads, cookies and desserts.

We live in New Orleans and travel to see my specialty doctor every three months at least. I make it a point to eat lunch at Breadwinner Cafe and order enough for leftovers on the long drive home. We've tried every variety they have and never been disappointed. It's all delicious. My favorites are the tomato/basil soup (even better than La Madeline's) and the Orzo salad. But everything else is good too. The employees are great about setting us up to make take-out travel easy and are super friendly. I would love to know all the ingredients to the Orzo salad so that I could try to replicate at home. Every 3 months that just isn't often enough. Love this resturant

I decided it was a soup and sandwich kind of day and I always drive pass this place so I decided to stop in and see what they had. It was close to closing time but they didn't rush me, I decided on a roast beef and vegetable soup. It was super delicious and I will be returning. Fast, friendly, professional service, and amazing food. Highly recommended. ❤❤❤❤❤

Great place to pinch a loaf with your friends! Salad - A+, I usually get the slaw Portion size - A+ they load you up! Service - A, friendly and they clean up fast Seating - B+ very little amount for local population but they do a great job cleaning up super fast! Parking - F worst parking lot in history. There is never a free spot. You might as well Uber there. Bread - A+ most delicious loaves of bread ever. Get the peach or the mocha chocolate chip. Cost - C-, does $20 for a very small loaf of bread sound reasonable? As of the current economy, this is an insane price. Yes I paid it but it was hard to enjoy the bread knowing how much it cost.
