Nice room with a full setup of clean 9 foot Diamond tables, several with tight pockets. Players are mostly on the higher level with one pocket games happening often. Several 3 cushion tables as well. Bar area is a bit small though and separate from the main pool hall. Had a mix of both real players and some casual players and people on dates there, good place for any skill level.
Great pool hall with plenty of tables even during busy hours. There is also a bar, Pennsylvania skill machines, and a jukebox!
This pool hall has a great 9ft tables. Tables are well taken care of. It's a bit cramped together and seating could be alot better but what makes me not what to go back is the prices. $7.00 an hour for each player on on one table is just way too much. Definitely should just be a flat rate like $5.00 or $6.00 an hour for one table regardless of how many players are using it. And $5.00 for a beer? Shooting pool is supposed to be an affordable sport.
It's non-smoking even the bar, so that kind of stinks they have to step outside to have a cigarette even in the winter. But overall the place is very clean very nice tables and most of the cues are straight.
Recently New tables. Nice place to shoot pool with snacks and drinks available. Does what a pool hall should do.
I've been to this pool hall about 5 times. When I've gone during the day, the attendant has been very slow in coming back to the counter to give me my driver's license which is held while using a table and to receive payment for my time. The last time I went, the attendant forgot to give me my license back, I also forgot to ask and left without it. When I realized it was missing, I called and asked if he could confirm it was there before I drove all the way back. He hung up on me mid-sentence, I called back and tried again he hung up on me again. He was rude and unhelpful. I will not be returning after this. The hall and tables are nice, but my experiences with the staff make it not worth going.
I loved the atmosphere. Nice clean place, and amble room to move around, and manuaver shooting at table
Tables are well maintained. Be careful, the owner will try to charge you twice for an hour of table time.
Clean pool hall, decently priced for a good quiet place to play.
Best pool hall in fifty miles. Full stop. Regulars drive from WV to be here. Leagues play here, pros play here. If you're lucky you can meet famed cue maker Paul Mottey. The bar is tiny, and customer service isn't always perfect employees turn over quickly, the hours are hard to work, but there are excellent quality diamond tables, including small pocket and billiards tables, and the rates are very good. You don't even need quarters. Women half price Tuesday and Thursday, and I've never had them overcharge. Tons of regulars who are very good play there every day and are usually willing to play a money match. If you want to get drunk and play pool with friends, it's great for that. If you want to practice seriously and connect with local leagues and the pool community, it's even better.
