Looks nice and shiny, but plenty of opportunities for improvement. 1. It takes more than 2-3 hours to get through the system even after making an appointment. 2. I called them multiple times before a procedure to make sure they had all the past records they needed, but yet they informed me on the day of procedure some records were missing 3. I heard this for the first time that a doctor will not come on the phone to discuss the results. The doc who did the procedure was Bendavid. Not sure if this is a general policy or specify doc policy, I found it weird 4. They would not give me my results just because the doc was not in office. How is it that i am not entitled to review my test results? Overall, I was very unhappy with the services.

Appalling. Over the past 4 years the Encino Breast Care Center has never successfully given me care at an appointment. The level of incompetence is shocking. We play phone tag for days and whenever I show up something was either miscommunicated or they simply are unready/unable to see me. More than once have they claimed to have necessary documentation for a mammogram, and I arrive for my appointment only to find the opposite is true. I hope no other women are ever subjected to this incessant capacity for incompetence. Do not seek care here!!!!! I've seen children who are more organized

excellent , friendly and most accommodating service, with a smile and open arms, absolutely will recommend my close friends all around a great experience for a not so great situation. the big C 5 stars.

Encino Breast Care Center is such a special place. I was very scared when after a mammogram and ultrasound was scheduled for a biopsy. But all the stuff, nurses, Dr. Einziger, and my favorite Gita,who operates stereotactic biopsy, were so loving and caring. It is amazing how on daily basis and with so many patients they made me feel so important and comfortable. Thank you so much.
