We had a wonderful experience with Neil our salesman and the whole Brenengen team.  The building and lot were clean and well maintained including the customer waiting area.   During the process of our truck purchase, we stopped in three different times and were greeted immediately each time by a receptionist or by our salesman Neil. We did not have to wait.   Neil was very professional and knowledgeable about all things Ford!   He told us that he had started out detailing vehicles and in service.  He actually stayed to detail our truck and apply the Simonize coat that we ordered  because The service staff had finished for the day. He then stayed to go through all of the information with us and walk us through all of the various things that we weren't familiar with on our beautiful new truck!  Eric the "financial guy" was friendly and efficient and Matt Brenengen, the manager  sat with us and chatted while we waited for our truck to be ready. All in all a wonderful experience!  We highly recommend this great place!

Bryce was awesome! Very informative, knowledgeable and polite young man. I told him he looks like Ryan Braun. I LOVE my new Ford Escape. To drive it is like floating on air. Easy to handle even in 50 MPH winds. We ordered remote start be added, Simonize and towing package and they had it done in 1 day. This place is awesome. Stop in and ask for Bryce and get A1 customer service and a great deal!

I stopped in to have the oil changed and tires rotated. They got me in right away and gave the vehicle a thorough inspection as well. The waiting area is nice and the people are friendly. Very satisfied.

Great people to work with. Matt found my husband the perfect 2016 truck and the price was great too! This is the second vehicle we have bought from them and have not been disappointed. They really do mean they want you as a customer for life!

I am a returning customer, recently traded in my vehicle for a 2016 F150 and then brought my son in to buy a used car a week later.  The staff at Brenengen Ford is awesome, I personally like the way they do business, no smoke and mirrors, no himming and hawing, you find a vehicle you like, if the price is what your looking for you close the deal.  If they don't have the vehicle they will find it for you.  All the sales folks are great, I have personally worked with Troy for all my vehicles and would recommend him to anyone.  If your serious about buying a vehicle, new or used, make Brenengen your first stop.
