We have been here for like 4 hours. We have been waiting for over an hour for xray results. I paged a nurse to see how much longer it will be. I explained I have two other children that I need to get for school & 20 minutes has passed & no one has came back in to inform me of anything

Amazing Childrens hospital. They saved my sons life when he was just a few days old. Have never encountered an unfriendly person in the almost 6 years that my son has been going here for his checkups or when he was admitted after his first visit. Took another one of my sons to the ER and everyone was super friendly and the wait time was a lot shorter than other ER’s.

I wish I would have never brought my son to this hospital. I saw the great reviews and decided to give this hospital a try, and I was referred by my primary physician, so I thought it would be great. WRONG! The only nice and caring people at this hospital are the people who work at the front desk. The doctors are rude and the nursing assistants need more training and are ruder than the doctor. I waited for over 2 hours to be seen. This is supposed to be a children's hospital, but there were no toys or activities to keep children entertained while they wait. I was waiting with a woman whose child was bleeding, and she had been waiting longer than I was. A little boy and his family entered the hospital, and within 15 minutes, he was registered and seen while others had been waiting. In order to be seen, the woman had to go to the nurse's station and ask what the difference was between her child and the little boy. Right after this incident, her child's name was called for her to be seen. Not playing a race card, but hey, it's the truth. The child that was bleeding and her mother were black, and the boy and his family who were seen in approximately 15 minutes were white. Overall, this hospital needs to be more kid-friendly and teach their doctors and nurses aids a few things in the empathy and caring department. I WILL NEVER GO HERE AGAIN.

My daughter was in the preemie area.  Top notch service.  The kind of place that you trust  with your infant.  She received the BEST care from the men and women there, and I would recommend this place to anyone!

They have the best care possible and I'm staying here and I love it the ER staff are very nice.
