FastMed Urgent Care provides walk-in medical treatment of illnesses and injuries for patients of all ages. Our clinics are staffed with experienced and licensed physicians, physician assistants and nurse practitioners. FastMed clinics hold The Joint Commission’s Gold Seal of Approval® for accreditation in compliance with the Joint Commission’s national standards for health care quality and safety in ambulatory health care.

The receptionist was very nice, The lady Dr, PA what ever the title, "I wasn't as concerned with credentials so I didn't look.." Was excellent all because of her compassion. Very few places you go where you feel like they really care about your well being. It's easy to be compassionate at the beginning of the day, but this was near closing time, when you know they've had a long day, they were ready to go home to be with their families but they cared for me with compassion... They took their time explained things well, and stayed a little late. What more can I say Thank You!

I went for a physical and it was pretty fast and easy. Easy to talk to staff. They just seemed a little scattered when I went back to pick up my form for school. It took them 15 mins to locate the form from the day before. Other than that they are a good location.

I would recommend FastMed to everyone who needs after hours health care! The staff is wonderful! So caring, so gentle and sincerely concerned about your well being. The doctor was very informed and willing to explain her diagnosis. The name fits because the visit was FAST! You can also choose your check-in time online. The facility is very clean! Give it a try and I do not believe that you will be disappointed. Thank you FastMed! You're great! Blessings!

No sense of urgency (not sure why they are called fastmed). I called before I came and asked how long the wait was - was told 1 hour. I asked if there was a better time of the day to come - was told no. I ended up coming in about mid-afternoon and I was the only one there. I still ended up waiting, not sure why - almost feels as if they want you to have to wait for some reason. One of these places with good customer service would do really well. In my experience this place is not it.

staff was friendly and genuinely cared about my concerns. . i was extremely impressed with the follow up call thenext morning asking if i was doing better or needed anything. .
