Dr Laughlin's knowledge and manner are great! She is warm, honest, and well-informed. Dr. Markusen delivered my son, and that was also a positive experience. The wait time at the office can be extremely long, especially for Dr. Laughlin--I have better luck seeing the nurse practitioner.

I had a very unfortunate experience with Dr. Laughlin, especially during my labor. Management was delayed and my baby and I almost had a bad outcome. I do not recommend this place at all.

The woman at the front desk is incredibly rude and defensive. She has been working for the office for several years now to where I recognize her voice over the phone. She is unfriendly even when trying to make an appointment. I did not feel welcome by her at all. Then when I came in for my appointment I had scheduled weeks in advance, I found out from her it was cancelled. I told her I had not received a call, and she begins to argue with me. In customer service, it is common practice to apologize for the inconvenience and try to accommodate the customer. This was not her way of thinking, for she told me that if I had a problem I should take it up with the doctor. My problem is not with the doctor or the fact she had to cancel. It is because of this very rude and unprofessional woman that I am taking my business elsewhere. Dr. Laughlin is a great doctor. I have no complaints about her. The assistant is the problem, and she needs to go to customer service training. Very unpleasant experience.

Dr. Lauglin has been my OB for the last three years and Dr. Markusen delivered my son. They are both caring professionals, excellent physicians, and kind women. You couldn't ask for better care than what you receive from these two ladies.
