Crappy dmv. The staff are rude and just plain ignorant. Security is just as rude and don't do nothing but hang around some desk and eat. My biggest complaint is that they talk about the people in there. They were discussing my husband and knew I was there waiting for him. These people need to be retrained or look for work somewhere else.

These facilities don't care about you if you did not come to do your road test through a driving school(through which am sure they make lots of money to block out appointments for months). To get an appointment outside of a driving school takes several months and they can cancel it any time with no text message or email notification despite having your information on file. I took off work 3 times and had someone come with me to do the test and each time they showed me that because I was doing it outside of the driving school system(which pays them a lot am sure), I did not matter at all!

11/16/2016. 1 :40 pm I arrived at the Department of Motor Vehicles. I proceed to go to the booth where there was a middle age African American female. She said, " I called the number, you didn't come." Confrontationally, And she said, " I'm confused," She handed me a peace of paper and hollered at the man behind me disrespectfully. I quoted about three words of the definition of what Civil rights are. The female started screaming aggressively and the "special police," were there. She slapped the table with her right hand. The special police touched me, I said," Don't touch me," I tried quoting the law but they did not want me to say the law. I said, "You can have this," and walked out. 31 U.S. Code 3729 false claims A) Knowingly presents, or causes to be presented, a false or fraudulent claim for payment or approval; B) Knowingly makes, uses, or causes to be made or used, a false record or statement material to a false or fraudulent claim; Civil Right is a enforceable right or privilege. Discrimination interfering with any right or privilege secured by federal civil rights laws.

Theyre ok and speak fairly nicely but when it comes to the actual help, there's lots to be desired. I called beforehand to ask if I could fax in some information because it is located 4 hours away. I was told it could not be faxed and that there was no fax to even fax to. Yet here I am with a card that has a fax number in big bold print on it and the front desk said it was fine to just fax it directly to them. I hate this city, cant wait to leave.

I had to go there Three times to try to renew my license. I had a terrible experience each time. They are very rude and appear to have no pleasant personalities at all. I mean the majority are so very rude and nasty. On my third visit to get my license, I was told that the name on my information was not my name. I asked for the manager, a woman who was just as nasty. I was in tears by now. Each time I was told something different. Finally, a man who I guess was their supervisor approached and reviewed my information, asked to see my bank statement, then sent me to another person to give my information to and be photographed. It is a horror there. I really hate to have to go there. I would give them zero if I could.
