I went to this location today after reading all the bad reviews and I'm glad that I went. Everyone's experience is not the same. The staff was super friendly. I was in and out in 20 minutes. The office was not crowded at all. I must say the young man at window D was very friendly and knowledgeable. He made my visit there a great one

Long line at 8:45 am, but moved quickly. They have letter-number system similar to MVA. We were out of there within an hour. The young man that helped us, Patrick, was awesome and very friendly. I was pleasantly surprised at my experience. Looks like that office had a recent remodel too.

This the worst social administration office I think in All MD on Oct/4/2017 I applied for me and my family Social Security cards on Nov/5/2017 I received a letter from them and they said that according the information we received the department of Homeland security assigned one of my Son Alien Number to somebody else, When I asked the lady where is the Homeland security office she says I do not know , totally unprofessional behavior. and still I did not received my social security cards and it is the 7th week . The cause is they are not doing their work on time and still I do not have any information about my application . Please do not visit this office for your social benefits or cards, the staff is unfriendly and no body has enough information to guide you.

The longest wait times I've ever experienced at a social security administration. They called one person every 20 minutes or so.
