Mr. Al Ramirez of Sarno Road, Melbourne was awesome! I was getting so impatient and sleepy, having only fours of sleep, but I wanted everything taken care of, after I dropped-off my son at school because my driver’s license and registration are about to expire. I normally do everything online but with the new law, we’re required to come in person and submit original documents. I hate waiting, so waiting for over half-an-hour is too much for me, especially when I can’t stop yawning. I came to Mr. Ramirez with a little bit of an attitude having waited for awhile, I wanted everything over with. He made everything so smoothly and fast and instead of me getting a new number to renew my registration, he did it for me, as well and I even got a new tag-“In God We Trust”. 🙏🏼 He even made me retake my picture because I wasn’t happy with it. Thanks so much, Mr. Al Ramirez, I had a fun conversation with you! I apologize if I came in a little rude, I was just so sleepy. Thanks again! 😊

Rudest people I've ever talked to. I was trying to explain what I was wanting to figure out and she was talking over me and then said "can I talk" and then hung up on me. Then I called back and talked to someone else and she was just as rude. Telling me I HAD to come in to pay a reinstatement fee. I work 6 days a week in tennessee so that is impossible. Everytime I talked to these people they tell me something different EVERY SINGLE TIME! One day it's "yes you can mail us a check for the fee" the next day it's "oh sorry we can't do anything through the mail or phone. You have to come in" so what is it? Worst place. I wouldn't advise ANYONE to go here. I never write bad reviews, but this infuriated me.

Excellent service, no time wasted waiting. First, we set up an appointment on line and then arrived a few minutes early. The clerk was pleasant and helpful. At one point she waited for me to make a phone call to get additional information. The key is making the appointment first.

Barbara and Brandy were great!! Painless operations. Yes Florida requires so much more documents than other states but these two ladies made it less painstaking. Great jobs ladies!!

BUMBLING BUREAUCRATS VOTE OUT LISA CULLEN AND HER INCOMPETENT EMPLOYEES. So sad the incompetence in the Indian Harbor Beach Tax collectors branch. I just wanted to renew the driver's license I have had in this county for 40 years. Same address for 40 years. I waited for nearly an hour. When it was my turn I approached the clerk handed her my valid driver's license with my PICTURE on it, my doctor's letter with my name and address clearly written and stating he had tested my eyes and they were fine, my social security card with my name and number. Guess what? The absolute idiots wanted at least two utility bills showing my name and address. I laughed! Really? Did they think an 80 year old was trying to scam an address that I have had for 40 years straight? Could they not just google my name and see the address on the Brevard County property tax collector website and/or Brevard county property appraiser. It would have taken less than a minute to check. . NOPE! They said Go home and get us two utility bills and your birth certificate and return and wait another hour to be served by the idiots that were too lazy to serve me in the first place. Then charge me $48.00 plus and additional $6.50 service fee! Adding insult to injury. Forget this place! Just renew online where all you need is your last name, address, SS number, and or your drivers license number! No birth certificate, NO utility bills and one valid credit card. Price $50.00 which included a $2.00 convenience fee. Mailed directly to your home address on file in less than 5 days. For all of you at the Indian Harbour Beach DMV. Shame on you lazy bureaucratic bunglers who are so committed to outdated policies and procedures you have long ago forgotten who it is you are supposed to be working for.
