I am in the office because noone answers the phone. Now there are 6 workers but three people waiting to be helped. What is going on. No one is friendly. Im here because i was told my child was going to be removed because hes 18. I was told this months ago. Nothing has been done. Even the court house says they dont do there job. No reason for this at all. This is why we have so many dead beat parents out here. They dont get the job done right. Its not right😠😠😠😠😠😠

First of all, if you're complaining about not reaching anyone on the phone that's your first problem. Most gov't offices are pretty much unreachable on the phone. Maybe try WALKING into the office, where you will find a very sweet receptionist and several other very helpful employees. You people expect to file one time and think you'll start receiving money, then get mad at the employees because you aren't on top of your case. Take some responsibility, these ladies have suspended drivers licenses on the spot for me, caught the NCP when he ran to another state, and lifted sanctions same day. You have to be on top of your enforcement case and they will help you, but they can't if you don't bring it to their attention. I love going here and encourage everyone to file against the NCP, they will help you get your money, or at least make the dead beat parents life miserable in the process.

I don't understand y obtaining money that is owed is taking this long?? We lost our home due to this !! Iam homeless with a teenager All because this agency has nothing but sloths working in it.This system is way to far behind and something needs to be done!! This is beyond comprehension that the system takes this long to help a child in need !! Oh ,their excuse we have to go through certain steps,, In the meantime the child suffers but no one cares !! Unbelieveable and Sad !!

They deserve 0 stars! Spent all day trying to ask a question before making an online payment for my son (he's in the hospital) to NO avail. After reading reviews experiencing the SAME complaint, I find this unacceptable. Tax payers deserve better!

Total crapola joke of a system.. no one knows anything or can find anything in my case.... sad we pay their salary yet they are useless to the normal hard working dedicated father's
