Brew Pop Brewery is bringing back an old school brewing technique called "Parti Gyle". We create unique Beer that is not often found in modern day everyday brewing.
Parti Gyle is a brewing process that creates three brews from a single mash - strong (XXX - +10-14%), common (XX - 6-9%), and small (X - 3-6%) beer, then we put our modern day craft minded delightful twist to each brew.
