So the last time we visited this chili's was made a few months ago and the service was not good at all! My steak was not done correctly my husband's food was cold the wait time for our food was very long! But this Time on Saturday night which is a busy night for them, was absolutely wonderful from when we stepped into chili from the time we left ! They told it would be about a 20min wait we had that's fine. Not even 20 mins later they called us! We got to out table the server which is Adrienne was absolutely amazing we've never had an server like her at a chili's she's came to our table multiple times just to check up on us never let our drinks get empty she was very friend no matter! The food was great! She made sure all of our food was right before walking away .! Overall she was great and at anytime we go to this location we will be asking for Adrienne! She was truly great! Thank you !

I don't think it's necessarily just this location, good has gone very down hill. Tomatoes soup came out cold. Not sitting under a heat lamp cold. But out of a bag not warmed up cold. French onion soup was just... garbage mush with cheese. All in all good quality sucks. Server was nice tho.

I love Chili' s however the one in Auburndale needs some help. Been here over 6 times now. Always slow service and the food is not well timed. Management needs to bring in some experienced staff to keep this one up to par with the chain. I leave disappointed a lot. Rather drive 45 minutes to another location than be disappointed again.

I like this Chili's because it's very close to my neck of woods,although l think some things could be better, it seems the food quality has went down a little bit. The last two times l ate there a couple of things weren't quite right, although they did fix the problems,l just seems to me they might need slow down a little bit before the food comes out. Think about it is this to cold or hot ,beef,and chicken, and just beef,or just chicken.
