So normally I don't write reviews, but I felt like I had to express to people how badly I was treated at this practice so they wouldn't make the same mistake I did by actually going to this facility. I went to this practice originally after being instructed by other doctors to go to a urologist. I went to Dr. Rosenthal's office because it was the closest to where I lived so I figured it would be the most convenient. When trying to schedule an appointment, they said all their main urologists were scheduled through the month, and the only person I would be able to see was a doctor's assistant. I was in so much pain at the time I didn't even care and told them I would see the doctor. When I went to my appointment, the doctor didn't seem at all interested in what I had to say, gave me a quick diagnosis without running any tests, and told me I just had an over active bladder even though I had been in pain for 3 months. When the medication he prescribed me was not working, I called back the practice and told them I needed to see one of the actual specialists as soon as possible because I wasn't feeling any better. The staff said they could get me an appointment with doctor Rosenthal. When I finally did see Dr. Rosenthal, he did the EXACT same thing as the doctor before him! He did not run any tests, didn't seem at all interested in anything I had to say, and told me it was just an over active bladder. At that point I was furious and demanded him to write me a referral for a Cat Scan ( which he did). Once I went for my Cat Scan they said Dr. Rosenthal should call me by the next day to give me my results. I didn't hear from Dr. Rosenthal for over a WEEK. In the mean time I went to a different doctor to get a second opinion who DID run tests and did prescribe me medication which actually fixed the problem. When visiting her she got my Cat Scan results faxed over within 5 minutesr from the hospital and told me there was really no excuse for why Dr. Rosenthal hadn't called me with my results. DO NOT go to this practice if you want to be treated-- this was hands down the worst experience with doctors I have ever had. The only thing I could say good about them was the receptionist staff was friendly and the office itself was clean but beside that the doctors I saw were horrible.
