My kids and I really like Dr. Srinivasan. She has been respectful of my holistic approach to medicine and she is quite communicative with lab/test results, which is rare and very much appreciated when you are anxious to hear.

I have never been to this place but they have been calling me for the past WEEK. They have been looking for a patient and they wrote down the wrong phone number. I told them they have the wrong number on Wednesday, but they have continued to call me every day since...if someone is waiting for a call from this location PLEASE call them and edit your phone number. Since clearly they didn't listen when I said they had the WRONG PHONE NUMBER!!! I have never even been there and I can tell that this place is TERRIBLE...

Rude staff when you call to schedule a simple appointment. They actually sigh when you call to schedule a simple annual physical. Also, be prepared your appointment time means only you cannot be late. I once waited two hours in the screening room for the doctor and that does not include time in the waiting room.

Please do not go here. They don't have the knowledge to code it properly. I went for a physical, they did an additional service which they didnt tell me. They coded it different and I lost the 500 dollar benefit from my insurance and I couldnt go anywhere else for the same. The doctor ordered additional blood tests outside of routine tests and I had to pay for those too. The staff were extremely rude and not helpful. Please do not go here
