Rooms need updating , ac/heater noisy and came on every 10 minutes , pillows feel like bricks , not really a good hanging area, ice and snow all across walkways to room , not sure this place deserves even 1 star. Will NOT be revisiting again , nor recommending to anyone

The manager (an Indian guys) is warm and welcoming. Ready to help always. It's an okay place to if you just want to crash for the night and move on. They have a pool which was clean and the place was quieter. An average place to stay at the price that you pay.

This place is way too expensive for what I got. A double queen room was $180/night. I had to have them come back in and clean the room again because there were hairs in the shower and stains on the sheets. The beds we're also pretty stiff and I didn't sleep well. Only half a roll of toilet paper in the room. The place is pretty dated. I know it is a motel, but if it were $99 for the room I wouldn't complain.

It was a wonderful place to stay while visiting North Conway. It is close to down town, and has wonderful views of the mountains. The beds were fairly comfortable, however, I wish there were more pillows available. The porches were beautiful and were positioned just right to get the most beautiful view of the mountains. Overall, It was a wonderful stay and I would highly recommend it to others wanting to stay in North Conway.

Very pleased with our stay! Extremely kind and welcoming staff, clean room, comfortable beds, the pool was perfect after a long day at Storyland with the family and has a breathtaking mountain view. We are defiantly making a reservation here for our next trip to Northern NH, I highly recommend the Briarcliff.
