I recently had the pleasure of Staying at the Snowflake in Jackson and I have to say it was spectacular. Sue, the owner could not have been more accommodating. We arrived LATE on Friday evening (after 10 pm) and with no restaurants open she called upon her local network and got one kitchen to whip us up something. The rooms were generous in size, very clean and appointed nicely. The lobby and common areas were impeccable. We thoroughly enjoyed the spa area for and evening swim. I have been visiting the area for 30+ years and never stayed here. I can honestly say I will never stay anywhere else in Jackson after our great experience. We feel like we have made a friend in Sue and met some amazing guests as well. Can't wait for our next visit! Thank you for EVERYTHING Sue.

What a great place, very clean, pool table to play, in room jacuzzi was wonderful plus the fireplace. The room was nice and warm. I could go on and on. Nice area out of the hustle of North Conway. Staff was pleasant and informative. What a nice little town. We will be back.

The hotel was very clean and the rooms were beautiful. The problem was the amount of rules. When we arrived in our room, around 10pm we just wanted to order in some dinner and relax, however, there was a list of rules on the nightstand prohibiting food in the room. They even asked that you don't bring leftovers from restaurants! There is no fridge in the room, but a communal one in the common area. On our 2nd night there was a group of guests playing pool, they were asked at 10pm sharp to stop. They were not loud or bothering anyone but it seemed to be another rule of the inn. Overall it was beautiful, but we were afraid if we sneezed the wrong way, someone might come around the corner to reprimand us.

This was the second time that we stayed at the Snowflake and we will be back again next Fall. Our suite was lovely. The place is very clean, the people that work there are very nice. We even met one of the owner's dogs- Boomer. He was very sweet. We enjoyed our in suite couples massages. The grounds surrounding the Inn are pretty and you can take a nice walk around the place. The Inn is also in a great location. There is a covered bridge within walking distance and a Tavern right across the street that has live entertainment. It's also close to the highways so getting out to the White Mt. National Forest doesn't take very long. There is also a really great gallery located in the Inn that is worth visiting.

This place is a gem. We loved it so much we stayed an additional night. Staff was very helpful in pointing out local things to do.
