Horrible place to do business with. Neighbors were great but management was awful with huge turnover and owner gouges with the water prices.

Horrible! Management is rude and shady. Lot rent is the highest in the area and they rip you off on the water bill. Have been here 6 month's and regret moving. Already gave notice to move our mobile home due to the place being so trashy, about as trashy as management. Definitely would not recommend this place to anyone.

No one is charge. Lots of trash thrown all over the place. No repect for neighbors. Dogs off leash. Getting to be a real getto.

it's a decent place to live.

Pros: convenient place to live, decent housing.

Cons: rude neighbors, judgemental assholes, and people that will tell on you over the most stupid things, overall a terrible neighborhood.
