Quiet, calm  and peaceful gated community with pool, park and walking paths as well as great people ..everyone waves and stop to say hi ...the staff and management are always helpful and unlike the other post never a problem with rent ...I just pay it on time.

This isn't the place for you. The management will go behind your back and lie about how you haven't paid your rent. Take you to court without your knowledge. Will also call and make false statements about your property. I wouldn't move here there are better places to go.
