We carry over 95 brands of bridal gown Samples from this year or last and currently have over 900 gowns &... we also carry Prom gowns by Dave & Johnny , Milano & Jovani prom gowns, (the new 2015 prom gowns you can order & are regularly priced from 2015 years collections )
All the bridal gowns are one of a kind and there
are over 400 new with tag gowns from this years or last years collections from brands like maggie sottero , allure, essence of Australia, jim hjelm, and 95 other designers.
We do accept once worn gowns on consignment , at this time we only have about 20 once worn gowns in stock, and are usually from this year or last years top designers and they must be in perfect condition. I have to say this was the best experience I've had. I had stopped at 2 other places before this one. One was David's bridal (that was a horrible experience). Lysa is a sweetheart and so attentive. The customer service is great and the prices are so reasonable. It was such a pleasure trying on dresses in that place. I actually found my gorgeous dress there

If I could give this place 0 stars I would. My friend is visiting from my hometown and is newly engaged. I pass this shop daily and have always admired the dresses in the window. I suggested we browse as something to do/to get ideas. As we walked to the door we noticed the sign that said appointments preferred, however, walk-ins are welcome. When we walked in there was a girl who we thought was a customer standing at the door who immediately gave us attitude and said "do you even have an appointment"? We obviously did not as neither of us have ever been there. As we stood there awkwardly, not even fully in the door, the same girl called the other saleswoman to the front where she began to laugh at the both of us when my friend stated she had just gotten engaged. The woman said to us these are "heavy wedding dresses here that you need help with, these aren't jeans"! The woman made us both feel extremely uncomfortable for even walking in the store and have definitely lost customers and respect. Not the way to handle people walking into your store!

Walked in today so my girlfriend could look for a dress for an upcoming semi-formal and get ideas for a future wedding dress. Sign on door stated appointments were recommended, but not necessary. We were the only people at the shop. As we walked in, the woman goes "well let me stop you right there," prevents us from looking at anything and proceeds to question why we are there. My girlfriend explains she wants to look around, the women asks what for. My girlfriend explains three times why we are there, and the woman keeps saying "I'm sorry I still don't understand." Not sure what she didn't understand, as my girlfriend spoke clear English, no strange accent or anything to interfere. So we turned around and walked out. Maybe she judged us because we looked young and felt we wern't worth her shop, maybe she's just horrible at customer service. Either way, extremely disappointed and won't be stopping back.

Knowing Eliza personally, made the experience ultra special. As a friend first, she was completely professional and extremely knowledgable. She also let me try the dresses I wanted to try and would give me input when she felt something wasn't less than perfect on me. I thoroughly enjoyed the whole experience and would highly recommend her shop. Her Glens Falls shop was filled with a lot of dresses and the new lighting really enhanced the ambience of selecting dresses, also the one on one time I had with her as I wandered around her store made it much better.
