Excellent Service. Our company in St. Louis, MO purchased an item from an online auction in Glen's Falls, NY. the seller refused to ship or even drop off at the UPS store (I think she was upset by the low price the item went for).
After calling around to other shipping services and getting a "we can't help you", we came across this store and its owner. He was so helpful and was willing to pick up the item, pack it, and ship it to us. Definitely above and beyond what the other shipping stores in the area were willing to do!

Owner is clueless. Asked for a prepaid PDF label to send to someone so they can send me a package and not pay for it. He said he has no idea how to do that because his "computer genius" employee won't be back until next Monday. Don't you think that if you own a UPS store, you should know how to do a UPS label?

I wanted to print out for pieces of paper and they charged me $5 just to use the computer to print it out. Total rip-off.

I wasn't home for a delivery and asked the carrier to drop the package off at the store.  When I went to pick it up the clerk told me it wasn't there without even checking any info.  I went to the facility on big boom road and the kind lady there tracked my package back to this store.  It was there the whole time.  When I called to complain they just said "well you didn't tell me your name."  No apology.  Then they charged me $5 for holding the package there.  I'll go directly to the shipping facility from now on.
