Very poor customer service, especially by Hallmark standards. No help from the staff, and even ignored by them. Save your time and just get your cards from the supermarket.

Walked in before closing, and the lights were being turned off. The lady tells me that I have three minutes because I'll have to leave if I didn't know what I was looking for. Very disappointed in this experience. As someone who has worked in retail management; never would I ever allow this kind of treatment in my store. Won't be going back. And I advise anyone who is interested in quality customer service to do the same...
