My 3 children have been with Bright Horizon Pediatrics for years.  We love both doctors and would recommend them to everyone!

I will not be returning here after what happened today.   There apparently is no nurse on staff and my baby's vaccinations were done by a medical tech who had no idea what she was doing.   She(med tech) could not give the Rota virus (liquid vaccination) by mouth so She had asked me if I can give her the oral liquid.  So I had to do it for her and she gives two shots to my child and then pokes herself with the needle and her blood is falling on my child.   She wasn't wearing gloves and She quickly leaves the room bc she says she needs another band aid  bc my daughter is bleeding so much.....when it was her (med tech's) blood that was falling on my daughter and while she is gone I'm wiping away the blood and am furious at this point. She comes back and sees there is no blood and says ohh I thought she had blood on her.   I am ready to leave and complain to the lady sitting at the front.   She realizes something happened bc my face said it all.   After telling her what just happened she goes to Tell the doctor and returns back to me and just apologizes on what happened.  You would think the doctor (Dr. Sapps) would come out and apologize about what just happened but he did not.   Will not return to this place and don't recommend this place to anyone!!!  I'm all about people learning,  but when you are learning you need to be supervised by another professional very closely!  I'm so disappointed with this office and how they run their clinic!   I would never want anyone to go through what I went through. 

Come to think of it....they never had any checklists or questionnaires for the mothers or for baby like most other clinics have!
