Unbelievable how they take your money! Your suppose to scan your easy card on this kiesok before and after train ride. If you don't its a possible penlaty. But if you scan and don't use the train guess what? NO REFUND. How's that for customer service.I been robbed for my money two times from this transportation service. For one who is unemployed and any little penny I get I work hard for! This reason I will no longer use the tri rail train system. Sunny places with the Shadiest people.

S.F.R.T.A. sell items on a Public surplus auction site. Do not trust them! If you are the winning bid as I was on that particular end date, and it has not reached what they want, they will change the auction end date and extend it for another 4 or 5 days. What's the use of bidding on their stuff when they are not honest in what they do. Their excuse for extending the auction was that 2 questions were not answered because their boss wasn't working, so in other words, no one there knows what the hell is going on and if their boss ain't their they should close shop and go home because no one can answer questions or know what to do!

I recently had a very bad experience with an SFRTA employee at the TRI RAIL Transfer Station in Hialeah. The male employee working behind the glass decided to confiscate my EDP Monthly Regional Card. According to him, my EDP enrollment had expired. Incredibly, he was the ONLY person at the site, so I could not speak to anyone. No supervisor, he was the only person there. This individual decided to confiscate my card on his own. As it turned out, my card card had not expired. I spoke to a couple of ladies at their regional office and explained to them what had happened, they were both very pleasant and professional. SFRTA should never have 1 person by himself tending the booth, specially nearing the end of the month.

When are you people going to fix the tracks at the Green Road Crossing in Deerfield Beach? It appears the tracks or something there has been sinking for YEARS without repairs. Time to take this to a higher authority that you people answer to for your pay checks.

Anytime I have to go to South Florida for work I get a slight feeling of dread, given what driving in SE Florida is like! Over my past three trips, I have more fully discovered the convenience of Tri-Rail. Stations from Miami International Airport to West Palm Beach, fares that are probably too cheap (though, keeping fares cheap is important, in my opinion, since it provides good transport for those of us on limited incomes and that might not own a car). And, FREE shuttles from many of the stations!!! What is there not to like! I love it.
