We've lived in our home since 2014 and have had nothing but problems with this post office. Almost every time I have an estimated time a package is going to arrive I get it a day later...if at all. I've never had a problem with the USPS until I moved to the area serviced by this post office. Horrible!

I called this location because I had just moved into a new house, and wanted to know what my mailbox number was — my HOA, Realtor, etc did not know. I was received warmly, which was a change from other government calls I have made. I was asked a series of questions about where my home was located, and then she took down my number to call me back once she tracks down the employee who does the route. I felt helped, which is more than I can say about the East Lake Post Office. I felt like I was a Priority, which was refreshing.

No ones answered the phone at all, all day.. Not do their job answered... Service dont get full 1star....

had a question about media rate shipping, called Brighton PO. They picked up after 3 or 4 rings and I had my question answered (left 5 star rating at this point). So two days later I arrive at the post office just to find out that everything they told me on the phone was wrong. Even the guy at the front desk said the phone people don't really know anything. bad experience

I had a package that was suppose to be delivered to my house in River Run, well it never showed up as their record indicates it did, when I was home all day waiting for it....hmm, and dealing with this post office to find my package or to resolve what could have happened has been a dead end. No accountability whatsoever. First, no one ever answers the phone, and when I finally got the branch manager on the phone he flat out told me that the post office is no guarantee and I can write a complaint but that is not going to do anything because all the staff is protected by the union, and his mailman on my route is the best he has, and I can go check with my neighbors if I want. I will not have anything delivered to my home by USPS any more. I will need to use FedEx if I want my package to simply arrive, and not suffer the hardship of having to loose personal and sentimental items.
