I am constantly getting the wrong mail in my box. I called and spoke with Pamela Blackmore and she was one rude person. You cannot explain or tell her anything without her getting loud and hanging up the phone on you. I asked her who was above her and she said no one. So I call a different post office and get the understanding that when a situation like this occurs then to call the Post Master. That I did. It is ridiculous to have such people working with the public.

3 days now and my flag is still up. The last storm hit this my road in Sykes Pond Rd and I'm the only house on the other side coming from Stoney Point Rd before the massive damage cut off. Some days I get my mail, and other days I don't. Well it so happened I have an important outgoing mail that had been sitting there for 3 days? Please, pls come to my home and deliver mail. It's our lifeline. Disabled tenant and need you badly!

I was told that they were no longer going to accept my packages and give me a receipt for them. They said I would need to just drop them. I am a small business owner that ships 20-50 packages with different local post offices through out the day. I bring around 1-20 of them here daily. They are trying to give me the run around suggesting I go to another post office. I spoke with the manager Pamela Blackmore and she didn't dispute what I was told by the women working the desk. She said that they were correct. I asked how will I have proof that I dropped off these packages ? I will be calling their regional headquarters in the morning to see what they say about this. If this is their new policy, I have accounts with ups and fedex also. I have no problem using either one of them. They have no problem giving me a receipt.

My husband's package was marked as delivered and it wasnt. When he called they said it was a mistake and it was on its way. It never came and when we called to see what happened they told us it was delivered that night. It was not. There was no knock or ring at the door and no key for the parcel box. So their only suggestion was for us to make a claim on a 150$ Christmas present. So I ended up having a package delivered at well. Unfortunately I didn't know that their new driver was this horrible before I placed the order. So sure enough it said my package was delivered and I go to check, we got mail, but no key. My package was also a Christmas present worth about 150$. We're still waiting for this to get fixed. I can tell yall right now I'm not going to settle for someone else getting our expensive gifts. Even if I got a refund it wouldn't matter. Because I got it at black friday price. I couldn't buy the item again. This is the WORST service I could imagine. Someone from your post office must be stealing. We will handle it legally if need be

They never attempt to deliver certified mail. They just sign a slip instead and never re-deliver. The post office also has very very poor customer service when you call to find out where your mail. One item was showing as delivered but was never delivered.
