We stayed here during the off season for a work trip and overall I was very impressed. The room was clean and HUGE. The location is perfect (short walk to the beach, short walk to amazing food/bars in either direction) and the parking garage was an added bonus. The staff was very friendly and helpful upon check-in and check out. If ever in the area again we will certainly return.

We have had a great time at the hotel. It is close to the boardwalk and the beach, but not too close where you get all of the noise of the boardwalk. The room was nice and so was the staff. It was great having parking included with the room. Having a heated pool and all of the necessities for the beach (towels, umbrellas, chairs, etc.) onsite was great too. The rooms are a nice size with plenty of room for a family of four. The only thing that keeps this place from getting 5 stars from me is the fact that you can actually hear the toilet flush in the other rooms. I'm not a notoriously light sleeper, but noticed that I was hearing bathroom flushing noises at least two to three times a night. Seemed odd to me and made for a less restful night, but wasn't a deal breaker. Outside of that I really didn't have any complaints about the hotel. We really enjoyed our stay.

The rooms were a great size, staff in the lobby and housekeeping were incredibly friendly. The amenities were great. However, the floors in the room were gross. After stepping out of the shower and walking around barefoot for a few minutes my feet were dirty again. When we came into the room and one of the towels in the bathroom was soaking wet. The location is great, pretty much a block from everything. I could hear the toilet flush in the other room as well as hear every detail of my neighbors conversation. I'd come back because everything else was great and I don't mind the walls but cleaner carpet would be nice on my next visit.

This location is close to the boardwalk, but not on it, which makes it a nice quieter choice for families. The room is the cleanest we've ever been in for a beach hotel. The staff is friendly and attentive. We're impressed with the size of our room and the amount of storage space in it - also important for a family! We will definitely keep this on our Rehoboth hotel list for next summer!

Staff was incredibly friendly and the suite was a great size. Walls were a bit thin so we could hear everything going on around us. Also, the carpets need to be steam cleaned. We would shower and after walking around barefoot for a few minutes, our feet would be dirty again. Other than those two issues, we thoroughly enjoyed our stay.
