We always stay at the Beach View Hotel because the rooms are always clean and the staff is friendly and helpful. It also has a great view of the beach from the 2nd and 3rd floor. Can't wait to go again next year.

We'vebeen staying at the Beach View for a few years now usually in September for 2 nights. This year we decided to come down in June and waited to long to make reservations and they were booked during the time we came down. So we had to stay at another motel. Comparing the two motels, we decided the Beach View is the only place for us. They offer complimentary beach chairs, a free breakfast, happy hour daily with wine cheese and crackers, and warm chocolate chip cookies in the evening. The lobby is nicely furnished and comfortable to sit in when you want to get out of the room or in from the sun. Staff always helpful and friendly. Nice to see the same staff yearly. Rooms comfortable and clean. And all right near the boardwalk. Pool deck is beautiful too. Nice clean chairs on deck. Small pool but fine for me. Missed my stay there this year but looking forward to going back next year!

I loved this hotel. Close access to the beach & boardwalk. Very friendly staff. Rooms aren't anything fancy but, very clean. It was my first time staying & we met other guests who have been coming back for years. Very reasonable rates. We plan to return next year.

Central location, refreshing hospitality, and fantastic prices. The manager Adele makes a personal connection with all of her guests!

My sister and I love staying here. Great room, close to beach and you can walk to everything.
