I usually see Pat who is absolutely phenomenal and by far the best I've ever had. On my last visit I had Kara and I was blown away. Best foot and ankle massage (which I requested some focus on) I have ever had! I love this place and can't wait to go back!

Kelly did a terrific job on my facial. She was super nice and welcoming. She walked me through the process, answered all of my questions, shared a lot of useful information, and made great recommendations. All in all it was a great experience. I will definitely come back for another visit.

I was searching online for a local, reputable spa that had packages that would suit my desire for relaxation and pampering as a birthday gift to myself. My first visit to the spa today was enchanting! I had the "Nurture" package, which included an *amazing* facial by Kelly, a great massage by Pat, and a gel mani/spa pedi by Debbie. In addition to complimentary wine and truffles, I absolutely loved the hospitality and BRIGHT smile of owner Jamie throughout my entire visit :) Definitely will be a return client

Brightwater is the perfect place to go for a relaxing spa treatment! As soon as you enter the beautiful lobby you are welcomed by the staff into a calming environment, and it only gets better from there. I had the 60 minute Melt Away massage, and it was worth every penny. I was also pleased to learn that they offer 30 minute mini massages where you tell the therapist on which areas to concentrate. I will certainly be heading back for one of those very soon!
