If I coild give no stars! I would..very rude Indian people!! I went to get eyebrow threading, and the lady said im the only 1.I said OK, all of a sudden another 2 came out the back and started to thread their own eyebrows!and it has a very foul smell!!👎

The women here are so rude. Like blantantly rude, right to your face. And it is Indian run and if you aren’t of middle eastern decent, they want nothing to do with you. I sat in the lobby for 15 mins while these 2 women just chatted like everyone had all day and time to waste and spare. Even after someone else came in , they didn’t even acknowledge her. Horrible awful no good place. I came here out of desperation because it’s so close to my house. But I doubt I’ll come again.

star because you can't give anything lower than that! Terrible customer service, terrible smell. As soon as I stepped in the salon, I questioned if I really wanted to get a skin treatment done their.  I bought a livingsocial voucher after seeing the decent reviews. I received a confirmation for my appointment. When I went in to redeem by voucher, I was glared at by the 2 staff members until one rude member came up to me and asked what I wanted. I explained to her that I made an appointment through livingsocial. The staff member said she doesn't have anyone confirmed. She refused to acknowledge my appointment and said she could schedule it another time. I said no, and walked out. Bad experience from the very beginning. I wonder how I would have been treated had I gone through with the treatment. As the other reviews has said, #bulletdodged. Do not go here.

Called in to schedule my Groupon and was lectured for about 10 solid minutes by the receptionist who repeatedly told me I shouldn't have waited so long to schedule an appointment and that they may not be able to see me before my Groupon expired.  After some back and forth, she begrudgingly said I could come in on the last day my Groupon was valid and that if there was no other customers at the end of the day, they would see me then.  Pfft... like I'm going to waste my time just so I can be lectured again or so I can wait all day to not be seen anyway.  Demanded a refund from Groupon and called back to cancel.  #bulletdodged
