I've been to Haven on the Lake a few times, mostly for relatively short massages. It's  clean, attractive and well run, and I always feel better when I leave than I did when I arrived.

So dispointed terrible Customer Service! My boyfriend works hard so I make an appointment with still point, we got there day  before I got confused I was sure it's on the 2nd, the lady at the front desk wasn't nice by the way at that time I did consider canceling the appointment but I already confirmed the appointment so left as it is
November 03 we live in college Park driving to the still point is about 20 min, bad luck car accident happened on I-95 it was very bad traffic by the time she called we was about 12 minutes away but she told me over the phone that they will consider the Time I missed as I have got a massage and I told her why should I pay for something I didn't get?! after I mentioned that me and my boyfriend have a massage she said that they will see us when we get there so we did get there and she gives us a form to fill out and she kept talking about the place and different massage they have so we spend about another 15-17 minutes after(at the time I booked the appointment I told her deep tissue massage so I didn't really understand why she offered me different massage)
 all this time I spent going back and forth she said so you guys will get 20-25 minutes massage but   you will be paying for 1 hour massage each but you will get only 20-25 minutes!!
I was so upset there is nothing I could do to avoid the car accident that happened on I-95 at November 03
Second why did she take more time when I got there if she think I should be paying for 1 hour
There is way to say things and is not like I'm talking with a robot you sitting at the front  desk as human being they should put someone else that will be more respectful and helpful at the front desk not recommending at all
